Mixed Citrus Marmalade

IIngredients

Any combination of citrus fruit you have available.

2 lemons (I used the ones that leftover from the elderflower cordial making process

2 Oranges

2 Grapefruit

5 cups water

2 kilos Sugar

Method

Slice fruit and chop into small pieces (or the size you prefer)

Pop into food processor and pulse a few times to chop up further.

Put into large saucepan

Add Sugar

Bring to boil stirring to dissolve sugar

Boil rapidly for about 25-20 mins

 With lid off.

Bottle into sterilesed jars.
